Pumpkin Spice BellaVitano is for the fall fanatics out there, with its cozy combination of warm spices and rich cheese. A seasonal flavor from the fourth-generation cheesemakers at Sartori, who rub their classic crumbly, nutty BellaVitano with cinnamon and nutmeg. It smells like a cinnamon roll, but eats more savory, with a welcome tang. Go for a pie-inspired pairing, and enjoy it with Effie’s Oatcakes and Blake Hill Pumpkin Butter.

Sartori’s BellaVitano is a cheese unique to the family-owned company. They took inspiration from classic Italian farmstead cheeses to create the snackable selection, which is reminiscent of both parmesan and cheddar.
These wheels get rubbed in warm spices during aging, adding a pie-like, quintessentially fall aroma that’s strongest at the rind.

When you receive your cheese, unpack the order and refrigerate the items. We recommend using the cheese paper we send most of our products in to store the cheese. The cheese paper helps cover the items and stop them from drying out, while also allowing the cheese to breathe. Since cheese is mold, it’s a living thing! If you cut off air circulation to the cheese, you can actually cause it to suffocate and spoil at a faster rate.
