Encapsulated in the thin yet tender wheat skins are a blend of diced fresh shrimp and ground pork to add a sumptuous fragrance to Dao-Xiang Hong Kong Pork & Shrimp Wonton. In keeping with the Chinese tradition, every piece of wonton is precisely bite sized. The soft translucent skin of this wonton breaks easily in the mouth to reveal a juicy shrimp center and rich pork filling.
