King Cajun Crawfish opened in 2010 when Mills50 was still a quiet street. Today, we’re Orlando’s favorite seafood restaurant, and Mills50 is the heart of the city’s food scene.

After Hurricane Katrina, chef and founder Melinda Thu Ha Nguyen moved from Louisiana to Orlando, bringing her famous ShaBang sauce and warm hospitality. Alongside her sister Judy Thuy Nguyen, she grew the business into multiple franchises.
