1. Membership:
Participation in the Barrnnova Loyalty Program (“Program”) and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Barrnnova (“Barrnnova,” “us,” or “our”). Eligible customers may enroll. Barrnnova store and Barrnnova.com online store customers can enroll with a store associate or at Barrnnova.com/loyalist. Upon enrolling, you will be assigned a Barrnnova Loyalty account (“Rewards Account”) and a Barrnnova Loyalty account number (“Rewards Number”). Certain customers may also receive a membership card (the “Membership Card”). As you shop, you accumulate points in your Rewards Account, as described below. When your points balance reaches the required threshold, the points will be issued to “My Points” in your Barrnnova.com account for redemption. You may only maintain one active Rewards Account.

2. Eligibility:
Only customers over 18 years of age with a valid address in the United States, its territories, or Canada may become members (“Members,” “you,” or “your”) in the Program. Corporations, associations, and other groups may not participate. Barrnnova reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating if, in our sole judgment, that person is violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for a business or for resale, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program’s intent. If a member is disqualified, they forfeit all points in their Rewards Account.

3. Definitions:
“Barrnnova Account”: A Barrnnova store or Barrnnova.com online store account.
“Barrnnova Gift Card”: A Barrnnova-branded gift card purchased for value.
“Eligible Items”: Merchandise that qualifies for points accumulation, as determined by Barrnnova. Excludes gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, and products identified as non-participating, including but not limited to alcohol.
“Net Purchases”: Purchases of Eligible Items, less all sales tax, redeemed points, shipping and handling fees, returns, price adjustments, and other discounts.
“Points”: The loyalty currency you accumulate in your Rewards Account.
“My Points”: The total points balance available for redemption in your Barrnnova.com account.

4. Point Earning & Tier Upgrades:
Points are earned in two categories: Standard Points and Bonus Points.

• Standard Points are earned solely from net purchases made using any credit or debit card at Barrnnova. Only Standard Points contribute toward your spending threshold for loyalty tier upgrades (e.g., Silver, Gold).

• Bonus Points are earned from all other non-purchase activities, including but not limited to: account registration, birthday bonuses, social media actions, and referral bonuses. Bonus Points are valid for redeeming rewards but do not count toward the spending requirement for tier upgrades. The final determination of point classification and tier eligibility rests solely with Barrnnova.

5. Earning Points:
Customers can earn points for the following actions at Barrnnova stores or on Barrnnova.com:
Account Registration: 100 points for registering a new account.
Purchases: 1 point per $1 spent on Net Purchases of Eligible Items. Excludes services and fees.
First Purchase: 200 points on a customer’s first purchase.
Birthday Bonus: 200 points awarded during the Member’s birthday month.
Social Shares: 50 points for sharing Barrnnova with their network via Twitter or Facebook.
Social Follows: 50 points for following Barrnnova on Twitter or Instagram or liking the Barrnnova Facebook page.
Referrals: 50 points for referring a friend (additional incentive for the friend may apply).

6. Exclusions from Points Earnings:
Points cannot be earned on the following:
Purchases of alcohol.
Purchases of products explicitly identified as “Not Participating in the Barrnnova Loyalty Program” or similar designation.
Purchases of Barrnnova Gift Cards.
Returns and price adjustments.

7. Promotional Points:
From time to time, Barrnnova may run promotional campaigns where points earnings are increased on select products (e.g., Double Points promotions, often during holiday seasons). The specific terms (such as eligible products, earning rate, and duration) will be disclosed in the promotional materials. Point earning information for a product, including any active promotional multipliers, will be displayed below the product’s title on its product page on Barrnnova.com.

8. Accumulating Points:
Once enrolled, you accumulate points based on your Net Purchases of Eligible Items. All activity on a Rewards Account, no matter who conducts the transaction, will be treated as the activity of the Member.

9. Shopping at Barrnnova Store or Online Store:
To accumulate points when shopping at a Barrnnova store, you must either (a) pay with your Barrnnova Account, (b) present your Membership Card, or (c) provide the phone number associated with your Rewards Account. When shopping online at Barrnnova.com, you must be logged into your account. You do not accumulate points when you pay with a Barrnnova Gift Card or using points.

10. Calculation of Points:
The points earned on your Net Purchases at Barrnnova are added to your “My Points” balance. Returns and other adjustments, such as price adjustments, will reduce your points balance and may result in a negative balance. If a return causes your points balance to go negative, future points you earn will be applied to offset the negative balance before you can accrue a positive balance available for redemption.

11. Expiration of Points:
On December 31st of each year, you will forfeit any remaining points in your “My Points” balance. If you have a negative points balance on December 31st, that amount will carry over into the new calendar year.
Account Inactivity: If there is no point-earning activity (purchase or bonus) on your Rewards Account for a consecutive 24-month period, Barrnnova reserves the right to close your account and forfeit all remaining points.

12. Issuing and Redeeming Points:
Points are stored as “My Points” in your Barrnnova.com account. You may redeem your points for discounts on future purchases at Barrnnova stores and on Barrnnova.com according to the redemption tier values published on our website. Barrnnova reserves the right to change the redemption values at its discretion.

13. Points Redemption Terms:
Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or Barrnnova Gift Cards. Purchases made solely using points will not qualify for discounts available during Barrnnova “Use Your Card” events, which require payment with a Barrnnova Account.

14. Termination of or Change in Program:
Barrnnova may terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in the loss of all accumulated points and the cancellation of all Program benefits and privileges. Barrnnova reserves the right to limit, delete, or change any of the rules, terms, conditions, and benefits of the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Barrnnova, whose decision will be final. Barrnnova has the right to close your Rewards Account for any reason

15. Other Terms:
Barrnnova is not responsible for points lost due to unauthorized access to your account, provided such access is not due to our gross negligence. Any tax liability connected with the receipt or use of any points or related benefits is the Member’s responsibility. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Points are not transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or for any other reason. The sale or barter of points is prohibited. The creation of multiple accounts to circumvent earning or redemption limits, or any other manipulation of the Program, is considered fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points. Events beyond Barrnnova’s control, such as equipment failure, strikes, acts of God, civil disturbance, or war, which materially affect our ability to operate the Program, will allow us to suspend or terminate the Program.

16. Release of Information:
By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the release of your information to third-party service providers to the extent necessary to administer the Program

17. Communications:
By joining the Program, you agree to receive automated transactional communications related to your Rewards Account, including point summaries and redemption confirmations. You can opt-out of marketing communications (like promotional offers) at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided, without affecting your Program membership.

18. Changes to Your Rewards Account Information:
You must advise Barrnnova of any change to your name, address, phone number, or email address associated with your Rewards Account. Please email myrewards@barrnnova.com to update this information. Barrnnova is not liable for communications sent to an outdated postal or email address.

19. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflict of law doctrines, as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and performed entirely within New York.
