About Kari Ceramics

I grew up with nature around me, on a small island in the south of Norway.

Stone, trees and water give me the inspiration to explore the elemental energy of clay. For me, every soft lump is just waiting to be shaped into organic forms of handmade ceramic art.

Here at the studio all pottery is crafted with much care. Each piece is going through between 12 and 14 steps before we can ship it to you. All our ceramics are fired twice on high temperatures to withstand everyday use. You will surely feel the love and attention on each piece when you hold it.
