After Hurricane Katrina, chef and founder Melinda Thu Ha Nguyen moved from Louisiana to Orlando, bringing her famous ShaBang sauce and warm hospitality. Alongside her sister Judy Thuy Nguyen, she grew the business into multiple franchises.
